Our product are print on demand. Once you place your order it takes 2 days average to print your order and then from 3-5 for delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for tickets to any of our supper clubs or any of the events. You can change the name of the person assisting if you need to do so.

Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days approx.

Exchanges – if you need an exchange, send us an email at info@danu.bio and send your item to sender address, printed on the consignment note.
